Use rcqbs.org lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use its account or registration services. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected. This website is operated by Rotary Club of Quatre Bornes Sodnac; it does not speak for every Rotary club or for Rotary International.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and for securing your Google login. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others. Social sign-in does not confer club membership or administrative rights. Club access is assigned separately. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or a breach of these terms.
Events and registration
Registration is subject to availability and the details shown for each event. Cancel through the event page if you cannot attend. Dates, locations and arrangements may change; check the latest listing and any instructions from organisers. Website registration is not a guarantee of club membership. Separate event conditions, eligibility requirements or payment arrangements, if any, must be communicated for that event; this website currently does not process payments.
Acceptable use and club content
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, scrape private information or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful material. Authorised contributors must have the right to publish submitted text or images and must respect privacy and intellectual property. Publishing on this website does not automatically publish to social media.
Intellectual property and external services
Club content and Rotary names, marks and logos remain subject to their owners’ rights. Viewing this website grants no licence to use Rotary branding or imply endorsement. Google, Meta and other linked services are independent providers with their own terms. We do not control their availability or content.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in maintaining the site, but information may contain errors and service may be interrupted. Contact us about inaccurate details before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, unauthorised misuse outside our reasonable control, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these terms as the service changes; the date above shows the current version.
